Normal lead time to launch a VSA campaign is 2-3 business days!
First we meet with your team to review your site and its effectiveness. Next we discuss expectations, conversion goals, campaign styles and targeted demographics. At this time we will also demonstrate our patented management console and show you all the features available with your virtual sales agent.
Next we generate an Insertion Order (IO) with your offer and payment terms, technical and billing contact info and any other specifics related to your campaign.
Then we build your recovery campaign, based on your FAQs, Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy and any other data you care to share. We will need an affiliate tracking link from your side. If you do not have a tracking system we can provide an internal tracking link, real-time reporting and 24/7 login to your reports.
At the same time we are building your campaign scripts our design team will create multiple chat window skins. The skins include a chat agent picture, tag line, your brand and color scheme. We will use agent pictures based on your target demographics.
Once your scripts and custom skins are complete we review them with your team for approval and compliance.
Then we'll send you a 1-step small block of javascript code - that will need to be pasted to each page of your site you plan to enable with TeamSalesAgent.
Next, we go live! Team Sales Agent will monitor your campaign and make sure everything is in working order and tracking properly.
